Despite being one of the first validated exclusive games with the Nintendo Switch, this reveals a bit odd this Season of Shangri-la has been a bit missed ever since it was first revealed earlier this month. Even with the latest trailer out, which you’ll want to see below, presently there hasn’t been that much excitement for one of the first games to kick or punch Nintendo’s new unit. Which is a shame, given that what we get to see so far suggests that we may use a bit of a sleeper success on our arms, or at least a particularly amazing game.

As seen in a clip, we get some absolutely gorgeous backgrounds together with bits of nature, mystical lights and structures ranging from huge monoliths to Moai heads that blast lasers of their eye, and our initially glimpses of basic game play as Yann and Ani traveling about these lush lands, encountering stays of past societies and rampaging monsters, virtually all eerily bookended by what seem to be a heart rate monitor. It seems amazing indeed, but for those who can’t wait for the idea, the trailer also unveils that Season involving Heaven is based on a manuscript as well, which you can purchase at Amazon. Whether or not the book is anything good, we can’t claim, but hopefully it can indeed make for one impressive game.
